Transition without saying anything and just gradually start telling people to call you by your new name:
- Just gaslight everyone.
  
  "What do you mean? (New Name) is what I've gone by my whole life. You must be crazy or something."

  At first I was like, "I sure got lucky with the only neutral name of the three." But now I have a chosen name. (Hardly used, but darn it I think I really like it.)

When your parents are accepting enough of gender nonconformity, it might not work.
- Yeah I think I have that problem. I've had my hair long for ~8 years, am regularly wearing nail polish, I have a long skirt I like to wear around the house and nobody cares. Should just come out already, but that's scawy
  
  The longer its been, the harder it gets to come out. Eventually I decided to wear a bra with shirt that made it kinda obvious I was wearing a bra to bait my parents into starting a conversation I could use as an excuse to bring it up finally.
