Since when is the US at an economic disadvantage in the international movie industry?
So far the excuse he's been using to end run Congress is that it's a national emergency. I suppose Hollywood profits are also an emergency?

What defines a foreign made movie. If the movie has CGI, then it most likely has had a portion of the work done over seas.
Same with most animation, as well. Typically, American cartoons will only be storyboarded/keyframed in the US, while an overseas studio handles the other 95%.

Depends. Judging by the articles I've read on the subject they'd be exempt due to being TV shows and not movies. But who knows with Trump?
Bluey is Australian so I'm not sure how much of effect this'll have on it.
