Brad Holmes caught so much flak for getting Gibbs and LaPorta so early in the draft, and maybe I’m just not in the right places to hear the public criticism but the irony of this situation is not lost on me
- I'm not saying Gibbs and LaPorta are bad picks, necessarily.
  But historically it's harder to find better value at premium positions later in the draft, and TE and RB are not premium positions.
And Warren wasn't the first TE was the surprise for me.
- I just can't get over that the two best TE's ever were 2nd and 3rd round picks respectively.
