I was fortunate enough to be part of a perfect zipper merge yesterday. Not one person tried something stupid, it was glorious.
Don't see that very often.
Literally like 70% of the time!

Step 3. Order materials and equipment
Step 4. Invoice for materials and equipment

Didn't the original say "Lane closed to ease congestion"?
I think that this actually helps ease congestion in some cases, where one wide lane (too narrow for passing still) is faster than two narrow lanes. However, I prefer to say fuck cars and make one narrow lane with someone's mobile home parked permanently in the other lane.
