I wonder if Magoos even realize he's saying he'd give money to "criminals."

They're always quick to lable an immigrant that "hopped the border" as a criminal, since they broke the law by coming in the way they did, just so they can justify their hate. I wonder how they feel about their tax money going to pay "criminals."
