13 0 ReplyI've tried a couple different recipes and I can never get the sauce quite as smooth both in texture and flavor as my favorite restaurant.
5 0 ReplyI didnt this time, but if you want smooth texture, blend sauce and strain. I’ve done it before for butter chicken and it turned out very smooth.

One of my go-to dinners. Never as good out as homemade.
4 0 ReplyYeah but getting it out means you don't have to frantically clean the tumeric off of every surface before it stains.
