The court granted a temporary restraining order to halt the deletion of critical national security communications and preserve Signal communications from March 11–15, 2025.
Unfortunately this will just be another ignored court order. It's a good thing the journalist was able to grab screenshots
Especially given that you can disable screenshots in Signal
If only there was some other way to get a shot of a screen in that case
Some of those messages were set to automatically delete after 1 week. If they hadn't already preserved it, they're gone. (except for the journalists screenshots ofc)
