All I'm saying is, a couple of months ago there was a woman in the emergency department in severe pain who was being very loud but her moans didn't sound like pain at all, I told her nurse "she better always use a safe word". So it does happen.
One of the reasons I really love helldiver's 2 is all the characters voice lines have two versions, a normal one and a panicked, desperate version. It honestly hits me hard hearing the despair in my characters voice when she yells "OUT OF AMMO!" at the top of her voice in the middle of a firefight. This comes mind because all of the woman voices hurt sounds actually sound like someone getting hurt, it's neat.
And also the “finally cracked and is now insane” version.
I still think the best thing is Helldivers 2 is when you hold down the trigger on some heavy weapon and your person just starts laughing maniacally
I saw a short of a guy waking on, like, a rock pad (supposed to be good for the feet?) and every step sounded... Well, like he was enjoying it very much. 😂
