A new instance seems extreme. But perhaps warranted. I would think that a new community on an existing instance (such as lemmy.world) would be better. Most of the
spamposts in my feed are from 196. It's going to be hard to compete with that from an entirely new instance.Trans and communist go together like pickles and estrogen though. It annoys me to no end that they've kidnapped Blahaj.

Is there specific meaning for the "blahaj" word? Search told me it's a relatively cute plushie from IKEA.
Isn't an instance a new website? Is that really needed, couldn't it just be created on an existing one?
