Have you ever watched Ink Master? Or check out Ariel de Jesus on tiktok. People can fuck shit up pretty bad.
They could have also used AI to generate a reference for the tattoo. My SO did that plenty when they had artists block, although they fixed any issues when redrawing it in their style.
Those are human artist bad, not AI bad. Also... she's missing a cheek. These are purely human errors.
