Seems like it's would be more like this:
- By this logic, a normal centaur would only have two hooves in the rear and human arms/hands as the second set of ”legs” in the front.
  
  A normal centaur has the lower body of a horse, with the upper body of a man on top. It walks like a horse because its lower body is a horse's. So if you reverse it, it should have a man's lower body and walk like a man, with just the upper body of a horse.
Are you by chance familiar with the mantaur? He is half man half another man
