My guess would be rising cost of living across large chunks of the world leaves less free cash to spend. Couple that with the cost of hotels and other tourism related items in Ireland, I'm not surprised tourism is taking a hit.
Interesting breakdown in countries of origin. I wonder if the decline is more pronounced in one of those areas than another.
