A quick Google search of "Trump east Germany is Russian" didn't come up with anything other than stuff he said in 2018 about Germany depending on Russian energy
I too want to know, i wouldn't put it past him though

I wish I had some kind of historical proof to show Russian control of half of Germany would not, infact, improve quality of life and make people happier.
