Looks like it may be the first vegan star in the UK. All others listed in the UK are just MG.

I bet the menu is normal and not trying to make vegetables and other vegan ingredients taste like meat.
- I mean you won't get a Michelin star by being normal and the dishes look very involved. but yes I doubt any of the dishes there are imitating meat.

Personally that indicates to me its a shitty restaurant and I'd avoid it, but good for bougie folks I guess?
