I really wish more shows could make the protag and their posse good without the need to lower the bar by making everyone else around them terrible pieces of shit.

Why the heck is Yuke, a mage, using a sword instead of a staff / wand? Are Red Mages different from regular mages?Never mind, apparently they use swords.
Also, we don't see Rain's contribution to the fight at all...
