A federal judge in Texas is allowing three other states to pursue a challenge seeking to restrict access to the abortion pill mifepristone nationwide.

FYI, the president can just tell the AG to enforce the Comstock Act of 1873, which bans the use of mail to send any material that can be used for abortion.
