Nice the air quality improved. I wish they would also improve people quality, there's only one place in France where there are Nice people.

I heard eastern France is nicer.
My favorite city in France is probably Strasbourg, the transportation system is just incredible
Smaller cities tend to be much nicer; provided that they are well kept.
