Wouldn't swiping up scroll down?
I'm confused. It didn't say anything about swiping, it says "scrolling up". Doesn't that usually refer to the content?
Yes, you would scroll down to see further down the content.
OP is one of those crazy people that turns on "natural" scrolling.
