On Monday, Chinese users of RedNote, known as Xiaohongshu in China, welcomed “TikTok refugees” to the platform.
Americans fleeing to another Chinese app have got to be some of the dumbest of the dumb that ever did dumb.
It's intentional afaik, this move is primarily motivated by spite. "Oh, you're banning the Singaporean app for being hostile state media? Ok we'll go to actual hostile state media then"
