Yeah, it's about as likely to work as claiming to be a sovereign citizen and attempting to "travel" through a military base with weapons.

Honestly, why? Like I know the DoD doesn't ever seem to need justification for anything, but I feel this, considering its a pretty minimal impact designation outside reputation, really should at least have a vague "this reason amongst our list of reasons 10000, figure it out"
