Yea they did maple 2 and it flopped so they kinda fell back on the first and did a bunch of reboot and power level stuff to draw back the old v62 v83 crowd
I don't know the game but it has a korean comic adaptation coming out as well. I guess it helps promote it.
Its top 10 in Korean net cafe, the games been running for over 20 years from a billion dollar game company, its quite popular
