That is one feature I have long wished Lemmy had. Definitely not a high priority, but it would be neat to be able scroll through my feed or whatever and then swipe through a gallery of images on a particular post without having to actually open the post.
Without that feature, people may possibly come across a post like this one, admire the first GIF, and then scroll on by without realizing that there are also a dozen more GIFs within the post body.
