Research from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain found that individual tea bags steeped in boiling water can release billions of micro- and nanoplastic particles. Here's what to know.

The dangerous thingie about plastic that it releases unbound oxygen on high temperatures. Now if unbound oxygen gets exited, its gonna get the zoomies wrecking, among many less important things, your DNA and causing cancer! So eat antioxidants, like a ripe banana every day!
