The Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building has presented figures showing some 531,600 people are without a permanent shelter in Europe's largest economy.
there are also homeless shelters, but some don't have enough capacity and a lot of homeless ppl have mental health issues that make them avoid some help and make them unfit to get a job too. some can barely speak. it's a difficult situation.
I wonder if there are also issues like there are with homeless shelters in the U.S.? One big one here is you are not allowed to bring your dog with you. Many homeless women understandably have a dog to protect them. It's a horrible choice they have to make.
Flip it however you wanna flip it . 500,000 out 85,000,000 seems insanely worse than 770,000 out of 347,000,000 which is the USA homeless numbers according to google. What the fuck happened? The whole country is only the size of a large state lol. How is the largest EU economy so incompetent it produces A homeless rate on a scale of a super power?
