conversations repeat under each post (capitalism vs communism, tech companies doing sth stupid (feeds into:), US politics broken how to fix it, etc.). So reading what is essentially the same conversation just under a new post every day will do this to your brain. I see the solution as either touching grass more, blocking the major communities, or joining other types of scrollable media like WhatsApp/discord groups that have less of a tendency to repeat themselves.
