It only counts when it's capitalism.

I'm not a big fan of our style of incarceration... slave labor with the constant threat of violence from staff and fellow inmates (dependent upon which facility). But this is a guy who needs to be gone. He will never stop. He has no boundaries. And is constantly being emboldened by a system that says women aren't allowed to ever feel safe.
