I prefer raw potatoes. Am I strange? Internet articles say that they have a bitter taste, but European potatoes are not bitter at all, but rather sweet.

I don't love raw potatoes per se, but there is a Chinese dish where the potatoes sometimes don't seem cooked all the way and they are served with lots of vinegar and that is delicious.
Never heard of this until now. I assumed they would be hard on your stomach
