Is it just me or have teasers turned into full trailers? How come this is happening ? For example The Last Showgirl released a teaser and its a minute 50 the Thunderbolts first released one and it 3mi

I agree. Back in the day, they made great teasers with footage that was especially shot for that purpose. I wrote a blog post about that kind of thing back in 2015.

These days I find myself turning off any kind of trailer after the first minute as they seem hell bent on laying out the entire film for you.
