The Trump FCC will certainly not punish, so just assume you're being tracked whenever you have your mobile. You could be tacked by anyone.

Sounds like a major issue to me. Enabling/assisting further victimization of the public by shady corporations is just another of the swell features being introduced by the incoming Trump administration.
