No, the round thing is not a bullet graze. For some reason he pulled his hair in this scene and left a bald spot lol
That's why he has tears on one eye
If you're into action comedy anime, Gintama is one of if not the best!
It's from Gintama, episode 362. Great anime, highly recommend watching it if you are into comedy.
