One way to beat the heat: Leaving!

Just spent the day in Florence. It was cool and breezy. Had ice cream, hit the beach, saw some whales in the distance! Didn't come back until after sunset.

Heat's going to be brutal in Eugene for the next couple days, so it might be nice if you can get out to the coast for a bit.
