I've been looking for something like the old app making 3D wallpapers from GCam lens blur photos, but found nothing. This is not the same, but it is quite good nonetheless.

I hate when projects like this have zero screenshots or screen recordings, especially when the thing is related to visuals

Broken for me, it cant get the required permissions
Oh thank you for saying this, I was doing my best to figure out what I had done wrong assuming it was an issue with my ROM.
