The narrative that the title suggests as well as the second image gives me vibes of The Mist, albeit on the ocean specifically—which sounds really cool. Also the Eldritch Mermaid reminds me of Kos, for obvious reasons, who I think could also literally be described as an “Eldritch Mermaid”

Incredible art. The website has great short stories for them. Like, really short, but great.
