Do we need nazis on join-lemmy.org to justify lemmygrad's listing?

Yesterday's thread on the Lemmy creator AMA was not visible from lemmygrad, because first commenter is not federated.

How would someone who is new to lemmy know which instances are bigoted before joining? Isn't the point of the join page to suggest good instances for noobs?

Absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn’t surprise me that the creator of yet another program acts like that. Crazy
