lmao, ND really gonna blow it at home after taking on A&M last week in College Station
After one quarter, Baylor has -10 net yards.
Yikes 😬
Is Iowa without Brian actually decent offensively? Y'all we may be fucked
🚨🚨🚨BEAUTIFUL PUNT ALERT🚨🚨🚨
Cal nails Auburn at the 2 with a ball that lands at the intersection of by hash and the boundary
Auburn was physically unable to recover from this punt
I already miss RG3 🙁
2Texas at 12Michigan
Super frustrating to have a touchdown taken away because of a holding penalty, and then missing the FG. But there will be plenty of opportunities to score. Although I'm a fan of both teams, the Michigan team is a husk of what they were last year and I really expect my Longhorns to push them around, especially later in the game
Edit to add: I really do not like the CGI Allstate FG nets. But I guess it has me talking about them, so advertising works, I guess?
Very uncharacteristic of Loveland to cough up the ball like that. Normally I'd be real annoyed about it, but they're playing my alma mater so shrug
So we lose Baxter in the preseason, and Blue goes down in this game. :( It's a good thing Wisner has stepped up, otherwise the RB room would be pretty bare. Hope Blue is okay.
Just tuning in, looks like the Arky OSU game is a good one. Also nice job to Texas for establishing SEC dominance over the B1G
Man, I wish I could pay more attention to the 20K-State @ Tulane game. Really curious how the Wildcats have struggled so much in the first half so far
Actually tuning away from my Texas game because it's so lopsided. K-State just got a scoop n' score in this one. I was hoping the Green Wave could hold on to their lead but this is probably the turning point in this game
Samford @ Florida
DJ Lagway starting and looks mostly like he should versus a middling FCS team, but this Florida team is still very inefficient. Billy doesn't get fired this week, but he's not restoring much faith either.
Just curious, is there a good week for him to be fired? Especially since the back of the schedule is such a gauntlet, it seems like it would set up an interim for failure.
A lot of people think if he loses to UCF that'll do it. Nobody really gives a shit how the interim does. The new coach will either be a huge splash or will lose the class and Billy's top 'croots.
Billy's only, and I mean ONLY chance is to win five+ and have Lagway look like next year will involve Heisman chatter.
I'm thinking that 17Georgia Tech at Syracuse is lowkey the most interesting matchup in the early window.
Here for CU @ NU. Flu shot yesterday is making me feel like shit and I want to feel hype but will settle for sitting upright. gbr
I am here for anybody playing CU. Deion is not a good person, and doesn't even have the courtesy to limit the damage to football players like your average sociopath coach.
Real impressed with what I've seen from Raiola so far. Future looking bright for y'all
I'm very impressed so far too, but somehow I'm even more thankful that I never have to see Jeff Sims again.
"So this is the Nebraska football my dad is always talking about" sign. I'm here for it.
Is this start for real or am I in a fever dream?
Looks real to me! Go 'skers
NCST vs 13TN
Heup looking uncharacteristically amped tonight... I'm here for it
Jesus christ that mayo eating contest is gonna give me nightmares
Well I don't love seeing a punt on the first drive but it was quite a punt so...
But what happened to Nico's other earring?
Apparently Sampson was Homecoming Queen, and you know what, good for him
They're getting his name right now
GO BACK TO SAYING HIS NAME WRONG
Yeah secondary still looks sloppy
That's a hell of a strip sack for the big man, that woulda counted even if it were ruled a pass
3 possession lead going into the half against this D? I'll take it for sure
Miami doing to FAMU what I’d expect Miami to do to FAMU. Thankfully no ND/NIU vibes.
Clemson getting all their pent up frustrations out. That's one hell of a beating.
And folks were afraid to call it a "get right game"
Cal winning uni of the week so far imo
Illinois looking poised to give us another upset!
WHAT THE FUCK EVEN IS AN ILLINI?!?! GO ORANGE TEAM!
pfft. They said 10% chance of rain. Looks more like 40% to me. 🌧
This is straight ugly. Michigan getting spanked, at home no less. Texas has been dominant the whole afternoon.
