Do humans have bumps where hair attaches like how birds and dinos have bumps where the feathers attach?
- AFAIK that's how they figured that at least some dinosaurs had feathers, but high quality skin fossils are very rare for obvious raisins.

But why is a dull blonde? Boring brown hair is because mammals and only make brown and orangy brown pigments. A dino's hair(-like growth) probably wouldn't have such limitations.

Well, it could be argued that Trump is a cold-blooded fossil who looks kind of like that, so I think this has some merit.
