Mint Chocolate Chip! Very soft still.

It still needs to chill more and continue to be mixed up. It's more green than yellow but the photo makes it look very yellow to me.

  • Looks good. I like to use mini chocolate chips. They spread out nicely.

    MY wife brings me a pile of fresh mint from the garden. I throw the sugar, a small amount of cream, and the mint leaves in the blender and blend the hell out of them. I then add in the table cream and dissolve the sugar before adding the whipping cream.

    I couldn't find a picture of the finished ice cream but I did find one of the mint leaves and the blended mint cream.
