Kinda weird that this is allowed but I guess it's basically like all the shadowy stuff PACs are allowed to do if they have plausible deniability that they aren't coordinating with the campaign.

If you don't support Trump, at least the PAC is wasting donor money on this instead of swing state ads.

Does this mean he's actually paying his layers?
If so he must actually be scared shitless.
