Lineageos TV suggestions

I am planning for a TV Box + Display setup for my parents.

  1. Banana Pi M5 ( lineageos available )
  2. 32 inch HDMI Monitor ( or a non smart TV )

Can you provide your setup , pros/cons.

  • Do you live in the US? Maybe you could get the Onn box

  • Right now I'm using a Pi 4 8GB in the Argon case running KonstaKang's LineageOS Android TV build for Pi and the only con is that it can't seem to play 4K media very well. But it does a good enough job of replacing my FireTV for everything else.
