Man, imagine being the first person in the modern US to see the world from the air. That must have been a wild fucking feeling.
That looks like a standard European city today. What happened?
- That part of Boston still looks like that.
- About 164 years happened.
- Crawl happened.
- Yeah, it evokes the same feeling that La Barceloneta does, the old beachside neighborhood in Barcelona.
Somewhere down there is a guy in a horse drawn carriage calling some other guy a fucking putz for not moving his carriage out of the way fast enough
That looks like Old North Church on the left for anyone who wants to google maps it to compare to modern day.
There are probably 100k people in the buildings pictured when it was taken and to think every single one of them is dead (hopefully).
- Maybe some of them are undead.
