I really enjoyed the first two episodes of this, Carrie was stunt casting, and I appreciated it. Ad as we know, as long as the actor is still alive, you never know what "prequel" magic will bring in the future/past in another show or movie.
Every major publication has some "how are you doin fellow kids" just chomping at the bit to trash this show, and throw it on the "Disney's overextended itself again" when, in my opinion it's already better than Boba, Obi Wan, and Ashoka.
Better is such a low bar. It's going to be hard for this show to be worse, as there are no established characters to ruin. Except Yoda. And Darth Plagueis maybe. But it's far from a good show, as far as I'm concerned.
I mean it's Star Wars? I kinda feel like people forget the majority of this franchise is "just good" and that's ok. Andor/R1 and Mando were extreme outliers.
Agree with you point on how EVERYTHING I see about this show is extreme. Just trying to get rage clocks... Ep3 RuInEd sTaRWaRS... What I have seen is a LOT of glaring holes that I feel like they have left there on purpose, and once the show shifts to a non-Osha recollection I think we will get a lot of info.
I'm enjoying even after they apparently killed and destroyed the mutilated corpse of Star Wars... But I must have missed that part.
Huh, I didn't even know this existed until now. And instead of being tempted to watch the show, I'm wondering how wise it is to leave viewers (and potential viewers) wondering if they would rather you have made the other show that you teased in the first place.
"bait and switch" I'm sorry but if you watched the trailer about a show whose plot is kicked off by someone murdering Jedi and thought the Jedi who the murderer fought in the trailer was going to live past the first episode, you're a bit daft.
Also, she and the rest of the Jedi in the conspiracy that sparked this girl's vengeance are definitely going to be in flashbacks.
