ASUS just retroactively removed access to the router I've had for 3 years, unless I agree to new terms and conditions. They are now and forever off the list of "companies I do business with"

ASUS is terrible not because they make bad products (in fact many of them are good), they are terrible because of their horrendous support.
There is no shortage of customer service horror stories because of this company. I would not give them money.

The real question is can it match Valves warranty practices?
Asus is terrible when it comes to warranties. They likely will try to charge you a bunch for unneeded repairs and then send you a device that is broken.
