At the risk of sounding completely unoriginal, your phone + Google Translate or whichever app you find that better suits your needs. a) with G translate you can download the languages you need for offline use, and use a conversation or written mode. b) you don't need to buy another piece of hardware (waste of resources and money). c) most of those dedicated voice translating devices are of bad build quality.
