6 0 ReplyThe packet contains silica dioxide, which is non-toxic. The only reason the bags make such a big deal about not eating them is to make sure you don't mistake them for food they might be packed with, and because the bag itself is a potential choking hazard.

My cat would try and eat the ones that come with beef jerky . Would just seem to make her really thirsty.
