- What needs to be fixed with the pro controller?
  Is it joystick issues? I bet it's joystick issues
  
  The D-pad also sucks. (Unless they fixed that already in a silent revision somewhere along the line.)

  I've had to replace the sticks on mine with less than an year of use due to drifting. Other than that I really like the controller.
  
  Imagine using digital buttons for triggers.
To be honest, the controller is the least of my concerns. About one month into owning a switch I just got a 3rd party adapter for my DualShock and never looked back, the darn thing even supports motion control (only ever noticed this in Mario Odyssey). I'll be doing the same for a new switch, regardless of what they do with their own controller.
- Pro Controller is pretty good actually. One of my favourite controller. Though, my experience isn't as vast as some people here.
  
  I found them to be very cheap, like grips getting loose, buttons failing. Worst of the gen.
