Yeah the best energy at ACC/Scotiabank Arena has been the upper level for a few years now.
The stadium owner doesn't care for fan energy as much as they do money from wealthy people and corporate sponsors.
I don't care much for it myself, but if people see uninterested suits taking over the crowd as a symbol that money and wealth sucks the fun out of everything, so be it.
