When your enjoyment of character creation comes around full circle

My kenku rogue never quits. I can’t stop my inner rogue to the point my warrior died trying to steal a piece of bread.
He died doing what he loved. Stealing bread.
He took a bite during the altercation, let’s just say don’t fuck with shopkeepers when they have all the projectiles behind their dumb little counter.
Elven Monk.
In fact, if given the chance, I will pick a particular one.
I might have a problem. I might have an alternate identity at this point.
It is dragonborn sorcerer for me, always dragonborn sorcerer
I usually play clerics (busted good), but for my current campaign I'm playing a human fighter, and it's a ton of fun.
"What's your character do?"
"Charges into the fray, naturally"
Rather fun to play a character that's a foil for my typically conservative & trepidatious teammates.
Human duskblade. I will accept all hate.
My workflow for a character goes like this:
Pick a song or a general aesthetic that I like.
Make a character that, if you squint and look sideways hard enough, you can see it.
Pick a random name and gender.
Seriously. Pick ANY folk-punk, hiphop, or heavy metal anthem that's been stuck in your head for a week.
