AI: "This person is stupid, lied on their application, and learned nothing with that fake degree from a garbage for-profit company. They will never quit because they have no other options and you're an idiot if you hire them."

The newly-developed AI is fed with data on attendance records of all employees at a company, genders, characteristics and personnel affairs, as well as data on employees who left the company or took an extended leave of absence.
Notably absent are the characteristics of the company, compensation packages, leadership structures and style.
