The National Security Agency could be given expansive new surveillance powers under a proposed change to the FISA 702 bill — slated for a vote on April 19.
I bet the XZ attack was a classic NSA move. They have the expertise, endless funds, the lack of ethics, and long term plans for population control. They are constantly working to 'protect the nation' (those misguided peeps).
No direct evidence - oc - but they are almost solely on the top of a very very short list.
Genuine question, how are people pushing for this legislation not tried for treason? Directly attempting to undermine how the country operates for their own benefit
Legislators don’t get prosecuted for doing their job, which is legislating. At most a law will be declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court and subsequently not enforced. And people calling for legislation obviously have the right to do that under the first amendment.
That makes sense I guess. It was a genuine question, as a young American adult who has been failed by the school system lmao. Thank you for your answer. Shameful how much legislation is so blatantly corrupt though.
Alarmist, inflammatory, clickbait or truth? I always have to wonder if back doors are already built-in to be exploited or whether the NSA has a burden of proof to establish why it needs access like this.
But what troubles me more is if this creeps beyond the US’ borders and the 5-7-14-20+ Eyes countries will follow suit (or have already implemented their own versions)?
