There's a QR code on r/place that links here and it seems some of the pixels are suddenly changing without any users attached to those changes -- unlike everywhere else

Yeah the admins are definitely fucking around with it. But why would anyone think trying to make a QR code on r/place is a good idea?
You can make them very robust at error correction. Arguably more so than text.
I think it's a great idea!
They did the same thing with the anti-spez messages and images. Theres another post here showing them scramble the French guillotine

Previous place events had this sort of thing happen. Pixels without a user credited are admin pixels.
And put a code 128 version in just for kicks
